SHIPPING 

Postage & handling costs

We do our best to ship out packages quickly and efficiently. Please note that we do not ship out packages on weekends or holidays. 

You are responsible for payment of delivery charges incurred in the rare case that you need to exchange your package. Any merchandise returned to us by post must be done so, so as the merchandise is protected from damage. We are not responsible for merchandise returned that is lost in transit. It is recommended that you choose to return your items with a method that provides you with a tracking number to ensure successful return delivery.

Addresses that are not recognized in our shipping program will be given a 24 hour period to be corrected by the customer. After the 24 hour period the customers' order will be cancelled. A processing fee of $1.00 will apply and not refunded to the customer.

Delivery

We only use reputable postage and courier services to deliver your merchandise to the delivery address selected by you. Currently we offer USPS at our checkout. 

We accept no responsibility or liability for undelivered merchandise. We accept no responsibility or liability if merchandise is returned to us or if there is a delay in delivery which is beyond our reasonable control. 

International 

We are happy to offer world wide international shipping.  Please note that once a package leaves our facility it is at the mercy of your countries policies and may be subject to additional inspection or duties based upon your countries discretion.  We are not liable for this however, we will do our very best to package and mark it correctly to avoid any hassle on your behalf.  

Unfortunately at this time we will no longer be shipping to Brazil and Indonesia.

RETURNS

At this time, we do not accept international refunds/exchanges.

Underwear, body suits, leggings and sweatpants are final sale due to hygienic concerns.

We do not refund shipping charges incurred after an item has been shipped.

We do not offer credits to items purchased on promotion. 

Condition of domestic returns

We highly recommend that you check the measurements in our sizing section before making your purchase. If you have any questions about sizing you can email us customerservice@vengenz.com

At this time we are offering credits in the form of E-gift cards if you are not satisfied with your order. We will issue this credit provided you notify us before sending merchandise back. You must ship the item back within 14 days of receiving your order. You must provide us with a shipment tracking number as well as your reason for exchange, customerservice@vengenz.com. We will only accept merchandise that is unused, unwashed and is in it's original condition, with tags intact.  Once we receive the package you will be notified to let you know that your credit is being processed.
